Text Size: AaAaAaAaAa

It appears that several local BP stations have gotten new owners.

Records filed with the Kane County Recorder tell us that Angel Associates LP, a group affiliated with Parent Petroleum with offices in Carol Stream, has purchased six service stations from BP.

The stations include one on Randall Road in Batavia, another on Lincoln Highway in St. Charles, a site at the northwest corner of Route 64 and Randall Road in St. Charles, another station on Randall Road in South Elgin and two stations in Elgin.

The purchase price paid is listed to be a total of $3.26 million.

The buyers said they didn't wish to comment on the purchase.
