St. Charles East senior Bryce Barry selected Butler as his college football destination.
Barry, one of the lynchpins of the Saints' dominant defense last season, is expected to play safety for Butler.
Butler is coming off a record-setting, 11-1 season in which it shared for the Pioneer Football League title.
