The Batavia and Geneva girls softball teams both moved up their season openers from Saturday morning to this afternoon.
Batavia is set to travel to Huntley at 4:30 p.m. while the archrival Vikings head to Benet at the same time.
Potential inclement weather in Saturday's forecast prompted the changes. Check out the Weekend Edition of the Chronicle for coverage of both games.
