Illinois treasurer on the death of Lura Lynn Ryan

Illinois Treasurer Dan Rutherford is offering his deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Lura Lynn Ryan, who passed away Monday.

Lura Lynn was a constant supporter, encourager and counselor to former Governor George Ryan for many years. She was a warm and caring friend to me and countless others. The Ryan’s children, grandchildren and extended family have suffered a tremendous loss. May God bless Lura Lynn’s family and many friends during this difficult time.”
