North bowlers look to keep rolling

The St. Charles North boys bowling team on Friday rallied to advance from the preliminaries to Saturday's final rounds at the IHSA state meet in O'Fallon.
North stands 11th after the first day of competition, with the top 12 prelim teams getting bids to the finals.
The North Star girls will look to duplicate the boys' feat of advancing to state at sectionals on Feb. 4.
"Hopefully, it's us next," North girls coach Lindsay Trudell said. "That would be nice."
