Judy Biggert has been recognized with the Spirit of Enterprise Award from the United States Chamber of Commerce for her support of pro-growth policies during the 112th legislative session. Biggert, who has a 96 percent lifetime voting record from the U.S. Chamber, accepted the award during a multi-chamber legislative breakfast hosted by the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce.
