• Two tires were reportedly slashed in the 700 block of Queens Gate Circle between Sunday, Aug. 5, and Saturday, Aug. 11. Replacement costs were $325.

• Matthew W. Pflieger, 28, of the 2000 block of West Illinois Avenue, Aurora, was charged Thursday, Aug. 16, with driving with a defective windshield, driving without a license and violating an order of protection. He was also arrested on a DeKalb County warrant for failing to appear in court.

• Andrew Aparicio, 22, of the 2200 block of Gettysburg Drive, Aurora, was charged Friday, Aug. 17, with possession of marijuana, driving without insurance and speeding in a construction zone.
