‘Munger Road’ returns to the big screen

In anticipation of Halloween, Charlestowne 18 Theatre will feature a horror film by a local resident.

A special screening of “Munger Road,” written and directed by St. Charles native Nick Smith, will be shown for one week beginning Sept. 28.
