Second City comedy troop to visit Batavia

“Second City for President” will cover the November election and will be performed Sept. 22 at the Batavia Fine Art’s Centre at Batavia High School, 1201 Main St. 

BATAVIA – Chicago’s Second City comedy troop will hit a local stage Sept. 22.

The troop will perform, “Second City for President” at 7:30 p.m. at Batavia Fine Arts Centre at Batavia High School, 1201 Main St.

The Second City sketch comedy theater’s politically-driven show will cover the November election in a single performance. The show is also a fundraiser for the Batavia Fine Arts Centre and the Batavia Public Library Foundation.

Tickets cost $39, $34 and $29 and are available at the arts centre box office, by calling 630-937-8930 or by visiting www.bataviafineartscentre.org. Parking, the box office, and the theater entrance are on the Wilson Street side of the high school.
