• The passenger side of a vehicle owned by a resident in the 39W400 block of Hemlock Drive was reported keyed Sept. 14.

• Veronica L. Boedewig, 57, of the 7N700 block of Stevens Road, St. Charles, was charged Sept. 13 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent and illegal transportation of alcohol after a one-vehicle accident involving a utility pole in the 43W300 block of McDonald Road.

• Timothy L.C. Moore, 25, of the 0-100 block of South Van Buren Street, Batavia, was arrested Sept. 16 on a Kane County warrant for contempt of court on a charge of not paying child support.
