Wednesday morning, I had the opportunity to ride in farmer Chris Gould's combine as he harvested corn from his field in Maple Park.
As a photojournalist, I''ve been advised that if someone asks you to ride something, climb something, try something, you always say 'yes.' In real life, as in photojournalism, it also never hurts to ask.
So I did just that and Chris was more than accommodating as I climbed into the combine for a short ride around the field.
