St. Charles Police Reports

• Peter M. Bojovic, 27, of the 800 block of South Fifth Avenue, St. Charles, was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 18, on a St. Charles warrant for failing to appear in court on a local ordinance charge of criminal trespassing and was released on his own recognizance.

• Nicole Erin Joyce Knox, 31, of the 500 block of Walnut Street, St. Charles, was charged Tuesday, Sept. 18, on two Aurora warrants for failing to appear in court on domestic battery charges.

• A handicapped placard was reported stolen Tuesday, Sept. 18, from an unlocked car at Costco, 221 S. Randall Road.

• A mailbox was reported damaged Tuesday, Sept. 18, in the 1700 block of Fox Chase Boulevard. Total loss was $400.

• Jose Antonio Zamora-Gonzalez, 20, of the 600 block of Violet Lane, Batavia, was charged Tuesday, Sept. 18, with driving without a license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after a property damage accident in the 2700 block of West Main Street.

• Jonathan B. Tan, 22, of the 2100 block of Green Bridge Lane, Hanover Park, was charged Tuesday, Sept. 18, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Aurelio Munoz, 21, of the 400 block of South Harrison Street, Elgin, was charged Tuesday, Sept. 18, with possession of marijuana.

• Two credit cards were reported stolen Monday, Sept. 17, from a locked Volkswagen Beetle convertible with its top down at the East Side Sports Complex, 3565 Legacy Blvd., but $302 was untouched. The cards were used for a $22.10 purchase at Panda Express and a $1 purchase at a gas station. There were also two attempted purchases at Target in the amounts of $2,400 and $1,200.
