Waubonsee window space features birdseed drawing

SUGAR GROVE – “Sun and Gravity,” a birdseed drawing by St. Louis artist Jessica Witte, will be on display at Waubonsee Community College now through Oct. 12 in the window of the Dickson Center on the Sugar Grove campus, located at Route 47 at Waubonsee Drive.

Viewing hours are from 5:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Friday; 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturdays; and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays.

Witte’s birdseed “drawings” have been featured in Chicago Art Magazine.

She earned a bachelor of fine arts degree from the University of Nebraska-Kearney, and a master of fine arts from Northern Illinois University.
