• William R. Swalwell, 47, of the 300 block of South State Street, Hampshire, was charged Saturday, Sept. 22, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent and parking on a roadway.

• Ryan M. Slocum, 35, of the 1200 block of Muriel Street, Woodstock, was charged Saturday, Sept. 22, with driving with a revoked license. He was also arrested on a McHenry County warrant for failing to appear in court on a charge of reckless driving.

• Ryan Douglas Piccolin, 34, of the 2400 block of SW 45th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., was arrested Sunday, Sept. 23, on a Kane County warrant on a charge of contempt of court.
