WCC sets college night

SUGAR GROVE – Waubonsee Community College is hosting college night from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at its Sugar Grove campus to provide information a prospective student needs to start or stay on an educational path.

College night is for high school or college students researching schools or adults returning to school by meeting with representatives of more than 100 public and private colleges and universities across the country.

Participating colleges include Illinois state universities as well as Augustana College, Aurora University and Harrington College of Design; also Ashford University and Wartburg College from Iowa; Carroll University and Ripon College in Wisconsin; University of Kansas and Kansas State University; Columbia College and Lindenwood University in Missouri; Calvin College and Ferris State University in Michigan; University of Maine, Arizona State University, Vanderbuilt University in Tennessee, and Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island.
