ST. CHARLES – A segment on Scarecrow Fest is scheduled to be part of NBC's "Today" show at 8:36 a.m. Friday. It is set to be part of a feature on fall festivals. according to a news release issued by the Greater St. Charles Convention and Visitors Bureau.
