St. Charles police reports

• William B. Domenz, 43, of the 2800 block of Stockberry Lane, West Chicago, was charged Saturday, Sept. 22, with failure to stop after a property damage accident.

• Savers, 3880 E. Main St., reported Sunday, Sept. 23, that three teens took a 10- to 12-foot flag from the front of the store. The $50 flag was reportedly sticking out from their car’s sunroof.

• Four packs of cigarettes and an MP3 player were reported stolen Monday, Sept. 24, from an unlocked 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt in the 0-100 block of North 15th Street.

• Citgo, 307 W. Main St., reported Monday, Sept. 24, a white man about 5-feet-10-inches to 6-feet tall with a slender build stole at least one $3.49 bag of Cheetos, a $2.49 bag of nachos, a $1 Arizona mango tea and a handful of gum that costs $1.69 a pack. A bag of Cheetos and the tea were recovered.

• A $1,500 laptop was reported stolen Tuesday, Sept. 25, from the Q Center, 1405 N. Fifth Ave.

• Patrick Joseph McBride, 59, 36W400 block of Barton Drive, St. Charles, was charged Friday, Sept. 28, with driving under the influence of alcohol and following too closely after an accident at Dean Street and Randall Road.

• Chelsey Barbara VanDeveer, 26, of the 100 block of Walnut Drive, St. Charles, was charged Friday, Sept. 28, with resisting and obstructing police.

• Troy Patrick Wallace, 32, of the 1300 block of South Fourth Street, St. Charles, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.

• Nathan J. Monczynski, 25, of the 400 block of Danbury Drive, Carol Stream, was charged Sunday, Sept. 30, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent and improper lane use.

• Cheston William Cox, 25, of the 800 block of 21st Avenue, Moline, was charged Sunday, Sept. 30, with fighting.

• Anthony E. Capparelli, 22, of the 2300 block of Leeward Lane, Hanover Park, was charged Sunday, Sept. 30, with fighting.

• Patrick M. Sullivan, 27, of the 39W900 block of Deer Run Drive, St. Charles, was charged Sunday, Sept. 30, with public intoxication.
