• Ashley L. Valentino, 25, of the 300 block of Spring Hill Drive in Roselle, was charged Thursday, Oct. 4, with retail theft.

• Michael E. Williams, 20, of the 700 block of Burnham Lane in University Park, was charged Thursday, Oct. 4, with possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana and driving without a valid license.

• Philip A. Trocchio, 59, of the 1100 block of West Francis Circle in St. Charles, was charged Thursday, Oct. 4, with two counts of domestic battery.

• Michael S. Ryan, 21, of the 100 block of Branford Drive in Batavia, was charged Friday, Oct. 5, with disorderly conduct.

• William R. Allred, 32, of the 1700 block of Walnut Street in St. Charles, was charged Sunday, Oct. 7, with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.

• Adam J. Gutierrez, 22, of the 300 block of Madison Street in Hampshire, was charged Saturday, Oct. 6, with disorderly conduct.

• Ronald M. Tuttle, 49, of the 6N100 block of Oakwood Drive in St. Charles, was charged Saturday, Oct. 6, with disorderly conduct.

• Kenneth C. Jennejahn, 22, of the 900 block of Wildwood Court in St. Charles, was charged Saturday, Oct. 6, with disorderly conduct.

• Dominique D. Gibson, 28, of the 3100 block of Preakness Drive in Aurora, was charged Saturday, Oct. 6, with urinating in public.

• Charles J. Nemec, 23, of the 7N900 block of Brittany Court in St. Charles, was charged Saturday, Oct. 6, with aggravated battery in a public way, criminal trespass to property and disorderly conduct.

• Fourteen catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles parked on the west and south sides of the St. Charles Toyota dealership between Oct. 2 and Oct. 3.

• Karina A. Aldrete, 27, of the 100 block of Walnut Drive in St. Charles, was arrested Wednesday, Oct. 3, on failure-to-appear warrants for driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident and suspended registration.

• Richard F. Foster, 22, of the 6N400 block of Route 31 in St. Charles, was charged Saturday, Oct. 6, with driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated driving under the influence for no insurance, possession of 30 to 500 grams of marijuana, obstructing a peace officer, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane use, driving without lights when required, driving while license suspended or revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jennifer E. Johnson, 31, of the 7N000 block of Riverside Drive in St. Charles, was charged Friday, Oct. 5, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent and speeding.
