• Robert J. Alder, 27, of the 300 block of North Fifth Street, St. Charles, was charged Saturday, Oct. 13, with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use.

• Brittany N. Adcock, 19, of the 100 block of North 15th Street, St. Charles, was charged Saturday, Oct. 13, with illegal use of a license after reportedly using another woman’s ID to get into a downtown bar.

• Michael J. Binkley, 21, of the 1800 block of Walnut Street, St. Charles, was charged Saturday, Oct. 13, with obstructing police and possession of drug paraphernalia. He also was arrested on a DeKalb County warrant for failing to appear in court on a disorderly conduct charge.
