Foster casts his ballot

Text Size: AaAaAaAaAa

Bill Foster joined his wife and local supporters to cast their ballots for the 2012 General Election. Today was the first day of in-person early voting in Illinois.

“I was proud to join my wife and local voters to cast my ballot for the 2012 General Election, because the contrast in this race couldn’t be clearer,” said Bill Foster. “Voters have been seeing Congresswoman Biggert’s name on the ballot for 30 years, and have grown tired of her record of saying one thing when she comes back to Illinois and then voting for wealthy special interests in Washington. Instead, they are looking for leaders who will focus on creating jobs, preserving Medicare, and strengthening the middle class. Our momentum continues to build, and we will continue to work hard in the final stretch to make sure that seniors and hard-working middle class families have the advocate they deserve.”
