Proud Fox Gallery to host open house

GENEVA – The Proud Fox Gallery, 213 W. State St., Geneva, along with the family of Sharon Pikrone, will host an open house from 6 to 9 p.m.  Saturday, Oct. 27, featuring Sharon Pikrone’s original works.  Although Pikrone’s life ended in 2008, the legacy and beauty of her work continues.

The final inventory of her original works will be featured during the open house.  Her watercolor art includes bright and delicate water lilies, four- and eight-paneled lotus flowers, calla lilies, a variety of orchids and the artist’s trademark amaryllis.

All pieces will be available for sale during the open house.  Some of Pikrone’s works can be seen on the Proud Fox website, www.proudfoxgallery.com. To learn more, call 630-262-8797.
