I was lucky enough to be outside Wednesday afternoon to take advantage of what I'm sure is the last day of wearing short sleeves without a jacket for some time.
I found several bike riders heading across the Fox River in St. Charles and the golf course at Pottawatomie Park in St. Charles was bustling.
