Three face drug charges in North Aurora home invasion

NORTH AURORA – North Aurora police have determined an Oct. 2 shooting that injured two people in the 100 block of Route 25 was drug-related, and three residents of the apartment building where the shooting occurred face various drug charges.

All are from the same apartment building in the 100 block of South River Road (Route 25), North Aurora.

Baldemar A. Aguilar, 23, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Deanna Hernandez, 21, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Stephen F. Kolar, 22, has been charged with the manufacture/delivery of marijuana, possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
