• Susan L. Sperber, 50, of the 1000 block of Manchester Course, Geneva, was charged Saturday, Oct. 27, with having open alcohol in a public place.

• Claudio A. Kienzle, 24, of the 100 block of Kensington Place, St. Charles, was charged Sunday, Oct. 28, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, driving without lights when required and driving with an expired registration.
