In Focus: Every day is a parade
Wednesday afternoon, I stopped by Lincoln Elementary School in St. Charles for its Halloween costume parade around the school building.
The line of parents with their cameras aimed was almost as deep as the line of students walking past.
I was so impressed with all of the imaginative costumes and the work that must have gone into them.
