St. Charles police reports

• Isabel Lopez, 42, of 700 block of West Brown Street, West Chicago, was charged with aggravated identity theft and identity theft at 3:33 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24.

• Brandon Thurston, 19, of 1400 block of Adams Avenue, was charged with theft less than $500 for reportedly stealing jewelry and selling it to the Goldmine, 213 W. Main St. about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30.

• A victim reported that all four of his car’s tire were slashed between 10:26 a.m. and about 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, in the 3900 block of Stern Avenue, police said.

• Brian W. Cole, 51, of the 200 block of Illinois Street, was charged with having open alcohol in a public place at 6:41 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31.

• A 1997 Pontiac Grand Am was stolen between 9 a.m. and 4:46 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, in the 1600 block of Covington Court, according to police. The car was reportedly left unlocked with the keys under the driver’s seat. The car was also involved in a rollover crash about 4:46 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, in Elburn, police said. Suspects were not located.

• Courtney R. Boyd, 22, of 2200 block of Century Point Lane, Glendale Heights, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding at 12:04 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, at North 12th Avenue and East Main Street.

• Jack H. King, 60, of 6N500 block of Promontory Circle, St. Charles, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage at 12:59 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3.

• Tammy J. Kavanaugh, 44, of 1200 block of Brandywine Circle, Batavia, was charged with disorderly conduct for public drunkenness at 12:15 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, in the 100 block of Illinois Street.

• Edward T. Gabel, 60, of 5N700 block of Arboretum Lane, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage at 1:31 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, in the 1600 block of East Main Street, police said.

• Michael Mancini, 22, of 3N700 block Herman Melville Lane, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and having no windshield cleaning device at 12:49 a.m. Monday, Nov. 5, at South Tyler Road near Wallace Avenue, police said.
