• Mitchell R. Lyons, 21, of the 2600 block of Danford Way, Geneva, was charged Friday, Nov. 2, with driving under the influence, having a blood-alcohol level greater than .08 percent, driving without insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia and 2.5 grams of marijuana.

• Anthony J. Shattuck, 19, of the 100 block of Plank Road, Burlington, was charged Tuesday, Nov. 6, with possession of drug equipment and less than 2.5 grams of marijuana.

• Roman Ladron-DeGuevara, 35, of the 1200 block of Lencioni Court, Geneva, was charged Saturday, Nov. 10, with violating the controlled substance act for having drugs in an unauthorized container. He also was ticketed for public intoxication.
