St. Charles police reports

• Stephanie Ashley Michaelson, 19, of the 300 block of Wilmington Drive, Bartlett, was arrested Thursday, Nov. 8, on a St. Charles warrant for retail theft.

• Gina Amber Arness, 22, of the 100 block of North 15th Street, St. Charles, was arrested Thursday, Nov. 8, on an Aurora warrant for failing to appear in court on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

• A resident of the 1100 block of Dean Street reported Thursday, Nov. 8, gasoline had twice been siphoned from his 1999 Chevy Malibu, even after he purchased a lockable gas cap.

• Robert E. Haythorne, 63, of the 1100 block of East State Street, Geneva, was arrested about 2 a.m. Friday, Nov. 9, on a St. Charles warrant for failing to appear in court on a battery charge. He was charged later that day with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent after an accident in the 200 block of South Second Street just before 6:30 p.m.

• Guadalupe R. Leos, 24, of the 500 block of Bayfield Drive, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Nov. 10, with public drunkenness.

• Juan J. Arreola, 21, of the 1200 block of Kings Court, West Chicago, was charged Saturday, Nov. 10, with retail theft for reportedly stealing a $100 radar detector from Walmart, 150 Smith Road.

• Katherine E. Pietka, 21, of the 200 block of Walnut Drive, St. Charles, was charged Saturday, Nov. 10, with theft for reportedly stealing two wallets containing credit and debit cards, identification and cash.

• David M. Gurtler, 23, of the 41W900 block of Burlington Road, St. Charles, was charged Saturday, Nov. 10, with public drunkenness and urinating in public.

• Brett W. Weber, 43, of the 700 block of Indiana Avenue, St. Charles, was charged Sunday, Nov. 11, with driving with a revoked license and not driving with an alcohol ignition interlock device when required.

• Ryan Douglas Piccolin, 35, of the 9N300 block of Percy Road, Maple Park, was charged Sunday, Nov. 11, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and illegal transportation of alcohol after his 1996 Ford Explorer crashed into a tree in the 700 block of South Second Street.

• Timothy S. Butorac, 34, of the 900 block of South Second Street, St. Charles, was charged Sunday, Nov. 11, with disorderly conduct after a noise complaint.
