St. Charles restaurant again reported to liquor commission

ST. CHARLES – A downtown restaurant recently fined for a liquor license violation again will be referred to the St. Charles Liquor Commission, according to a city police report.

Police on Saturday cited Alibi Bar and Grill customer Michael Pedersen, 35, of the 500 block of Springhill Circle, Naperville, with having open alcohol in a public place.

Pedersen, who was sitting outside the North Third Street business while holding a glass half full of beer, told police he had walked out of Alibi without being stopped, police reported.
