Campton Hills board to consider addiction treatment center
CAMPTON HILLS – The Campton Hills Village Board on Tuesday is expected to open the public hearing on an annexation agreement for an addiction treatment center proposed for the former Glenwood School.
But, because the Campton Township Community Center is too small to accommodate the anticipated public turnout, Village President Patsy Smith said the hearing will be continued without testimony to 6:30 p.m. Nov. 27 at the Congregational United Church of Christ, 40W451 Fox Mill Blvd.
Kiva Recovery is seeking to annex to Campton Hills and needs a special-use permit for an addiction facility.
