St. Charles police reports

• Frank R. Brunke, 39, of the 200 block of Birch Lane, St. Charles, was charged Wednesday, Nov. 14, with driving with a revoked license. He also was arrested on a warrant for a charge of disorderly conduct.

• Ryan F. Farrell, 38, of the 200 block of West Main Street, St. Charles, was charged Wednesday, Nov. 14, with retail theft. He reportedly used a price tag for a $6.99 Lego toy to pay for two $99.99 Lego sets.
