Batavia resident Nina Williams, 15, was at the St. Charles Chicago Pet Show when she answered 10 questions for the Kane County Chronicle’s Brenda Schory.

Where did you grow up? Batavia

Pets? A rottweiler named Timber

Who would play you in the movie of your life? Sandra Bullock

First job? I am a referee for the Tri-Cities Soccer Association.

What do you want to be when you grow up? I was thinking about becoming a teacher.

A book you’d recommend? “The Hunger Games” by Suzanne Collins

Favorite charity? Feed My Starving Children

Favorite local restaurant? Portillo’s in Batavia

Why are you here? I’m volunteering to walk people’s dogs while they are at their booths through the Geneva High School Key Club.

What is an interesting factoid about yourself? When I was with Tri-Cities Soccer, we went three tournaments and took medals home all three times.
