Newest county judge revealed
GENEVA – An Aurora lawyer has been appointed as Kane County’s newest judge.
On Monday, Illinois’ 16th Judicial Circuit announced the appointment of Rene Cruz of Aurora to the bench as an associate judge within the circuit.
In a news release announcing the appointment, court administrators said Cruz was selected from three dozen candidates.
