• A 2010 black Nissan Altima was reported stolen between 2:30 and 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20, from a parking lot in the 100 block of South Fifth Avenue.

• Luciano Garcia, 27, of the 100 block of Walnut Drive, St. Charles, was charged Sunday, Nov. 18, with driving without insurance, driving with a suspended license, illegal transportation of alcohol and failure to yield at an intersection.

• A man wearing a jean jacket, black jeans and a black stocking cap was reportedly seen trespassing on abandoned property in the 800 block of Illinois Avenue about 11:08 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20. Police found a broken garage window that would need an estimated $100 to repair.
