St. Charles police launch online tip reporting effort
ST. CHARLES – The St. Charles Police Department has launched another way citizens can provide tips about crimes.
Reports of suspicious activity now are accepted through the city’s website, www.stcharlesil.gov.

The online form provides space for information on the suspect, location and a summary of the complaint or criminal activity. Images also can be submitted.
Participation is voluntary and anonymous, but users do have the option to provide contact information for follow-ups.

Tips still will be accepted through the drug and crime tip line at 866-378-4267. It rings directly into a voice mailbox for callers to leave a message.
