St. Charles police reports

• Nicholas Garza, 30, of the 200 block of North Aldine Street, Elgin, was charged Thursday, Nov. 22, with public drunkenness.

• Jonathan D. Judson, 32, of the 1300 block of Fox Meadow Court, St. Charles, was charged Thursday, Nov. 22, with fighting.

• Neil A. Scroggin, 39, of the 1400 block of Dean Street, St. Charles, was charged Thursday, Nov. 22, with fighting.

• Jesus F. Olvera-Carrion, 51, of the 1500 block of Riverside Avenue, St. Charles, was charged Thursday, Nov. 22, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, driving without insurance and driving without lights when required.

• Jose Javier Martinez-Morga, 37, of the 100 block of North 15th Street, St. Charles, was charged Friday, Nov. 23, with public drunkenness. He was also arrested on two Kane County warrants on charges of driving without a license and aggravated DUI.

• Patrick William Bovyn, 25, of the 300 block of Newbury Lane, Bolingbrook, was charged Saturday, Nov. 24, with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• William Lee Rawson, 20, of the 1500 block of Avalon Court, St. Charles, was charged Saturday, Nov. 24, with a hit-and-run accident and texting while driving. He reportedly hit a mailbox on westbound Division Street.

• A witness reportedly saw two males running from Lundeen’s Liquors, 1515 W. Main St., Saturday, Nov. 24, just before an alarm company notified police of a glass break at the business. The front door had been hit with two cement pieces.

• Tatiana Marie Wells, 29, of the 100 block of South 17th Street, St. Charles, was arrested Saturday, Nov. 24, on a Kendall County warrant on a retail theft charge.

• Ashley Conde, 21, of the 900 block of North Fifth Avenue, St. Charles, was charged Sunday, Nov. 25, with driving without a license. She also was arrested on a Kane County warrant on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

• Richard Vallejo, 45, of the 200 block of Longview Drive, Elgin, was charged Sunday, Nov. 25, with public urination.

• Brenna A. Ingersol, 22, of the 300 block of South Third Street, St. Charles, was charged Sunday, Nov. 25, with public drunkenness.

• Darin D. Fink, 41, of the 1800 block of Allen Lane, St. Charles, was charged Saturday, Nov. 24, with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and two counts of leaving the scene of an accident. He reportedly hit a cement light pole at Hunt Club Drive and Iroquois Avenue, which shattered the pole and light fixture.

• A resident of the 1300 block of South Second Avenue reported Monday, Nov. 26, he got a letter addressed to him from the National Lottery he knew was a scam. The letter contained a $3,750 check with the promise of another $150,000 if he wired money for taxes and processing.
