Sugar Grove resident Colleen Charbauski, 53, was at the Holiday in the Grove festival at John Shields Elementary School in Sugar Grove, selling her jewelry as part of her Jewelry in the Grove business. She answered 11 questions for the Kane County Chronicle’s Al Lagattolla.

What brings you to the event? I sell jewelry, sophisticated and unique jewelry. I design and create it all myself.

Where did you grow up? The majority of my life, Oswego

Do you have any pets? No

Who would play you in the movie of your life? Julia Roberts

What was your first job? I was working as an office clerk.

What did you do before you started creating jewelry? I was an accountant. I retired.

Is there a movie you would recommend? I like “Harry Potter.”

What is your favorite charity? The breast cancer foundation

Do you have any hobbies? I make jewelry, and I scrapbook.

What is your favorite local restaurant? Probably the Turf Room

What is your favorite Christmas move? “A Christmas Story”
