Outdoor holiday decor vandalized in Geneva

GENEVA – Several homeowners reported damage to their Christmas lawn decorations – including the destruction of 21 plastic lighted candy canes – Nov. 26, according to Geneva police reports.

The candy cane ornaments, valued at $63, were on the lawn of a house in the 1200 block of Herrington Road when they were smashed, according to reports.

Also, Christmas lights valued at $15 and strung on a fir tree in the yard on the 1200 block of Shoop Drive were reported cut Friday.
