Batavia Police Reports
• Jeanette Baum, 31, 15 N. Lincoln St., was charged with aggravated driving under the influence for an alleged third offense and driving on a revoked license Nov. 27 at North Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• Benahdam Hurt, 19, 741 N. Van Buren St., was charged with domestic battery Nov. 27 at his residence.
• Someone damaged an inflatable yard ornament valued at $180 on Nov. 27 at the 1000 block of Pine Street.
• Someone stole an iPhone 4S valued at $400 between 4:15 and 6:15 p.m. Nov. 27 at Rotolo Middle School, 1501 S. Raddant Road.
• Someone stole a yoga bag, mat, women’s exercise clothing and migraine medication about 8:40 p.m. Nov. 27 from an unsecured vehicle at the 1300 block of Goldenrod Drive.
• Someone left Steak ‘N Shake, 1901 McKee St., at 2:36 a.m. Nov. 28 without paying for the $15 bill.
• Tina St. Amand, 46, 2952 Deerpath Lane, Carpentersville, was charged with retail theft Nov. 29. Reports said she took eight items of merchandise valued at $72 from Menards, 300 N. Randall Road.
• Someone stole 12 spools of copper wire valued at $1,000 Nov. 30 at the site of the future Chick-fil-A, 185 N. Randall Road.
• Ryan Kitowski, 20, 1300 Ninth St., Harvard, was charged with driving under the influence, driving without a valid license, underage drinking, and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident Dec. 1 at 423 Elm St.
• John Cunningham, 48, 700 W. Fabyan Parkway, was charged with armed violence, aggravated battery, domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence Dec. 2 at the Holmstad, 700 W. Fabyan Parkway.
• D’Quan Smith, 18, 741 N. Van Buren St., was served a Kane County warrant for a burglary charge Dec. 3.
