ST. CHARLES – The St. Charles East girls basketball team turned the tables on West Chicago, a team that has given the Saints trouble the past few years, surging past the Wildcats, 57-37, on Tuesday in nonconference play.

The Saints led 29-23 at halftime before starting the second half strong.
