Who would play you in the movie of your life? Matt Damon

First job? I was a soldier in the Mexican Army when I was 17.

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? I wanted to be a police investigator. I did not become that. I am a waste hauler, instead.

Favorite charity? I donate blood to the American Red Cross.

Do you play an instrument? I play with my guitar, but I don’t play the guitar. It’s an acoustic guitar.

Favorite local restaurant? International House of Pancakes in St. Charles

What is an interesting factoid about yourself? I was shot in a confrontation in Mexico. Somebody just produced a gun and shot me in my left lung. I was this close to dying – but I didn’t die, and here I am. He went to jail.
