Face Time with Jennifer Cesario

Elburn resident Jennifer Cesario, 35, and Dasha were waiting in line to see Santa Claus at the Elburn Town & Country Public Library when Jennifer answered 11 questions for the Kane County Chronicle’s Al Lagattolla.

Where did you grow up? St. Charles

Do you have any pets? Two cats, Samson and Delilah

Who would play you in the movie of your life? I guess Rachael Ray. People say that I look like her.

What was your first job? Working at Subway

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? A teacher

Did you become that? Yes, I did, at Haines Middle School in St. Charles.

Is there a Christmas movie you would recommend? “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,” the classic

Do you have a favorite charity? Anything with childhood cancer. I had a former student who passed away from it.

Do you have any hobbies? I like to dance. I like to take naps. I like to scrapbook.

What is your favorite local restaurant? Chicos Tacos. It’s excellent.

What is an interesting factoid about yourself? I’m Nia certified. Nia is a dance class that I teach.
