Dailey Method celebrates 1 year

ST. CHARLES – For the past year, the Dailey Method in St. Charles has been applying its mission to help students become their strongest selves, mentally and physically.

Aimee Higgs, who owns the Dailey Method at 9 North Second St. with Julie Fitzpatrick, said the business is celebrating its anniversary this week by offering free classes this weekend, a hip-hop class for children and refreshments.

Higgs said anyone can succeed in the class, even if working out hasn’t always been a regimen. The class, which combines elements of yoga and ancient principals of alignment, can be tailored to fit just about anyone’s capabilities, she said. And it doesn’t take long to notice results.
