The Herrington Inn, a luxury boutique hotel in Geneva, and the hotel’s restaurant, Atwater’s, will be celebrating 20 years in business in August 2013.
Events will take place throughout the year to celebrate.
For the first wine dinner of the year, wines by the Charles Krug Winery of Napa Valley, Calif., will be showcased Jan. 16 at Atwater’s. Scott Johnson, a Charles Krug representative, and Atwater’s sommelier Mark Czubak will pair the wines with a seasonal menu created by executive chef Jason Tsoris.
“As we strive for another 20 successful years in business, Atwater’s plans to remain on the cutting edge with our menu, and also bring in wines that our clients favor,” said Tsoris in a news release.
A cocktail reception will take place at 6 p.m. Jan. 16, with dinner beginning at 7 p.m.
