Geneva named top city to raise kids in Illinois
GENEVA – According to Bloomberg's Businessweek magazine, Geneva is the best place to raise kids in Illinois.
The city landed on the seventh-annual list of "America's Best Places to Raise Kids 2013," which was published Monday.
The magazine weighed public school performance and safety most heavily, but also took the local job market, median income and county-level employment into consideration. More than 3,200 cities with populations between 5,000 and 50,000 people were evaluated.
