Jay Moffatt files for 3 offices in Geneva
GENEVA – A member of the Geneva Plan Commission, Jay Moffatt, has filed nominating petitions for three boards in the April 9 consolidated election.
Moffatt filed for four-year terms on the Geneva School Board, Geneva Park Board and Geneva Library board, officials said.
In an email response, Moffatt would not discuss his decision to seek three elected positions.
