CHARLES – A two-week traffic safety campaign that ended Tuesday yielded three DUI arrests, the St. Charles Police Department announced Friday. Officers also issued five citations for safety-belt violations, five citations for uninsured motorists, 11 speeding tickets and one citation for other violations. Seventeen warnings also were given for various violations.
