Chef plans class around Valentine’s Day dinner
ST. CHARLES – Chef Michael Zema has planned a class to help those who want to prepare a dinner on Valentine’s Day. The event will take place from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, at St. Charles Episcopal Church, 994 N. Fifth Ave., St. Charles. There will be shrimp scampi, spinach au gratin, roasted potatoes and more. Seating is limited; to register, call 630-584-2596. The $30 fee supports the church’s mission and ministries.
