Winter bird event to take flight

The Birds of Illinois Winter Exhibit will run through Feb. 23 at the Peck Farm Park Interpretive Center in Geneva.

GENEVA – The Geneva Park District will present the Birds of Illinois Winter Exhibit through Feb. 23 at the Peck Farm Park Interpretive Center in Geneva. Visitors to Peck Farm will learn and explore the species found in the area and across Illinois in this free exhibit. 

Event attendees will also discover the endangered birds of Illinois, how birds build nests and different feather uses.

The exhibit is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The Peck Farm Park Orientation Barn is located at 4038 Kaneville Road in Geneva.
