• Michael J. Foster, 46, of the 0-100 block of North Lincoln Street, Batavia, was charged Friday, Jan. 18, with domestic battery.
• A cellphone valued at $699 was taken Monday, Jan. 14, from CCL Label, 1862 Suncast Lane.
